Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address or mobile number for OTP (one-time password) verification, or your name, email address, and profile photo if you sign in with Google.

Content you create. The notes, quick notes, tags, and other content you create and store in the app ("User Content").

Device and usage information. Basic technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and app crash or error logs, used to keep the Service reliable and secure.

We do not knowingly collect more information than is needed to provide the Service described above.

• To create and secure your account and verify your identity.
• To store, sync, and display your notes across your devices.
• To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with:

• Service providers who host our servers and database, deliver OTP messages, or provide Google Sign-In, solely to operate the Service on our behalf.
• Legal authorities, if required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Navisht, our users, or the public.
• A successor entity, if Navisht is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy continuing to apply.

Your data is stored on secure servers and transmitted using encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Account sessions use token-based authentication. While we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account information and User Content for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete a note, or delete your account, we remove it from active systems as described in Section 6 below, and may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

You can delete individual notes at any time from within the app.

You can permanently delete your Navisht account and associated data at any time by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This removes your profile and User Content from our active systems, typically within 30 days.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing support@navisht.com from the address or mobile number associated with your account. We will verify your request and confirm once it is complete.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly in the app, or by contacting us at support@navisht.com.

Navisht is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The contact form on our Contact page sends your name, email, and message directly to our support system so we can respond to you; we do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
